Hosted by Paper Communication Exhibition Services, “The 11th China (Dongguan) Int’l Textile & Clothing Industry Fair” will be staged at Guangdong International Exhibition Centre, Houjie, Dongguan on 29 March – 1 April 2010. One of the most popular related activities, “Em~touching Int’l Embroidery Design Competition” will be organized and displaying the most outstanding designs in the fair.

The increasing demand of professional designers in textile and clothing industry motivates the Organizer to organize “Em~touching Int’l Embroidery Design Competition”. By cooperating with renowned brands and inserting brand new items, the Organiser believed that the competition would certainly be more enjoyable and authoritative.

An overwhelming response was received last year. 25 outstanding designs were shortlisted to the final stage, for the champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up and merit award. The Organizer estimated that more creative applications would be collected this year.

In order to get the visitors involved in the fair, all shortlisted designs would be showcased in the fair. During the 4-day show, the designs will be assessed by the embroidery professional bodies, and voted by the visitors. Apart from voting for their favourite entries, visitors also have a chance to take part in the lucky draw.

It is no doubt that “Em~touching” is displaying the most touching embroidery designs availing exhibitors and visitors extracting the latest embroidery technology. Visitors are benefited from the show by voting for the best design of the competition as voters may be awarded the big prize by voting for the champion.
